Overview
A Bag House, also known as a bag filter or fabric filter, is an industrial air pollution control device designed to capture dust, particulate matter, and other airborne contaminants from exhaust gases. Widely used in industries such as cement, food processing, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals, bag houses play a crucial role in maintaining air quality and complying with environmental regulations.
The system utilizes a series of filter bags made from various materials, depending on the application, to trap particulates as the gas stream passes through. Once the bags are saturated with dust, a cleaning mechanism removes the collected material, allowing for continuous operation.
