Overview
Our Oxygen Generation Plant utilizes advanced Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to deliver a continuous supply of oxygen for a variety of commercial applications. The PSA process separates oxygen from nitrogen in the air, which consists of approximately 20.9% oxygen and 79% nitrogen, along with trace amounts of inert gases. In our state-of-the-art oxygen generators, compressed air enters a vessel containing molecular sieves made of zeolite. As air passes through, nitrogen molecules are adsorbed by the zeolite, while oxygen molecules flow freely, collecting in an attached receiver tank. Once the vessel reaches capacity, pressure is released, venting the nitrogen to the atmosphere. This cycle operates continuously, alternating between multiple vessels to meet ongoing oxygen demand efficiently.
